Cooking and eating food has always been something I enjoy. I love how food can transport me back to my childhood and other memorable moments in my life.
After seeing some of my friends and family respond positively to my cooking I thought I should expand my skills and have a place to document my growth. Then came this blog.
FORKMYFOOD is my creative outlet best used when I want to distract myself from my day job as a registered nurse. It follows me along my journey to becoming more familiar with food.
I hope at the very least to share with you a collection of my favourite food and recipes, as well as my adventures involving new cooking techniques and ingredients, while keeping in mind the most complex think I baked before this blog was a basic cake.
